Don't bake it till you make it!

Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour, ½ cup softened unsalted butter, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 1 egg, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder ,1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, Pinch of salt.

Directions: 1 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). 2 - In a mixing bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. 3 - Beat in the egg and vanilla extract. 4 - Add in the flour, baking powder, and salt, and mix until just combined. 5 - Roll the dough into small balls and place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. 6- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden. 7 - Remove from oven and allow to cool on a wire rack.
